This Privacy Policy explains how SAYF Australia ("SAYF", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from sayfaustralia.com.au (the "Website"), or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

SAYF Australia is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Our Services are hosted by Shopify, which also collects and processes certain personal information as described in this Policy.

Note on Bluetooth functionality: The SAYF personal alarm connects to your phone via Bluetooth and, when activated, triggers your phone's native emergency SOS function. This is a device-level function built into your phone's operating system. SAYF Australia does not collect, store, or process any emergency contact information through this feature. Any emergency contacts you have configured on your phone are managed entirely by your phone's operating system and are not accessible to or stored by SAYF Australia.

2. How We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you when you make a purchase, sign up to our mailing list, create an account, complete a form, or contact us

  • Automatically through our Website using cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies when you visit or interact with our Website (see Section 9 on Cookies and Tracking Technologies)

  • Through our service providers including Shopify, which processes certain data as part of providing our e-commerce platform

  • Through third-party platforms including Klaviyo, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and TikTok when you interact with our content or advertisements on those platforms

  • From our business and marketing partners in accordance with their own privacy notices
