your SAYF's emergency SOS functionality is available whenever your phone is connected to your SAYF via Bluetooth.
your SAYF and phone need to be within range of one another for the emergency functionality to work. Note it is the phone that makes the emergency call and sends the GPS location to your emergency contact, not the SAYF device itself.
